“Please review our service policies carefully before booking with Rishabh Travel and Tours.”

Off-road driving is strictly prohibited under any circumstances. All vehicles must stay on designated roads and highways.

For outstation travel, minimum billing is calculated at 300 kilometers per day, regardless of the actual usage.

A daily driver allowance of ₹300 is applicable for all outstation trips and is billed separately.

Toll charges, parking fees, inter-state permits, and government taxes are not included in the base fare and will be charged at actuals.

Invoices are to be cleared within 20 days of issuance. Monthly billing statements are provided for regular clients.

Only official Rishabh Travel and Tours duty slips, maintained by the driver, are valid records of service provided.

Outstanding payments beyond 20 days will incur 24% annual interest, compounded monthly.

Peak pricing applies during festivals and high-demand periods including Diwali, Christmas, Janmashtami, and summer vacations.

Cancellations on the same day of scheduled duty will be charged in full.

A ₹300 surcharge applies for services scheduled between 11:00 PM and 6:00 AM (both arrivals and departures).

A 5% Goods and Services Tax (GST) is applicable on the total billing amount in accordance with government rules.

All legal matters and disputes will fall under the jurisdiction of Rajkot, Gujarat courts.
